I was born in London. I studied health and social care level 2 as a GCSE. I then went on to complete my level 3 health and social care diploma in sixth form. I started working for a domiciliary care company for 9 months before I moved to Felixstowe at 18, when I moved to Felixstowe, I worked in a residential home as a health care assistant but felt I wanted something more challenging. I then moved on to the same position in a nursing home in which I stayed for 6 years. I always wanted an opportunity to progress within the health and social care sector, I am really enjoying both sides of being a senior, being out in the community doing care calls as well as completing care plans, reviews, assessments etc.
