Why Choose Rose Care?

  • Rose Care is a CQC registered care provider rather than an introductory agency. This means our live in carers are employed by us and go through our robust recruitment processes, including references, DBS checks and high quality training.
  • We remain involved, and responsible for, the quality of care provided so we are much more invested in spot checking and auditing our staff than introductory agencies would be. Also, if our carer’s do not perform to our standard we will provide another carer without further admin charge to you.
  • All of our carers complete ongoing mandatory and enhanced training to ensure that each carer meets Rose Care’s high standards.
  • Our carers document their notes on our electronic care management system which family members can access at any time; giving the peace of mind that your loved one is in good hands.
