Fulfilling and fully supported careers in care
At Rose Care We don’t just provide care - we build relationships. As part of our team, you’ll feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, and a workplace that genuinely cares.
We support new and experienced carers in their professional development and provide all of our carers with the support they need to deliver the highest quality of reliable care to individuals in their own home.
We have made a conscious decision to keep our business small-scale and personal. As a result, it’s not just our clients who look upon Rose Care as an extended family – again and again our employees do too. We value all of our staff and operate an open door policy. Take a look at our ‘Looking After Carers’ video here to find out more.
Our impressively high level of staff retention for our sector is a key contributing factor to the long-term success of our home care company. Due to inevitable changes in people’s personal circumstances however, we do invariably have vacancies for carers living local to Felixstowe.

Rose Care has its own dedicated training room at its office in Felixstowe Suffolk where we deliver all mandatory face to face training, moving and handling, medication management and first aid training. All other training is provided via our e-learning portal and at the branch local to you.
New carers to Rose Care can expect a supervision and field observation every week for their probation period of 3 months, then every 8 weeks thereafter.
Regular chats with Senior Carers and our Team Leader and Registered Managers provide the opportunity to share client feedback and any issues or concerns you may have, as well as to discuss hours. That said, our open door policy means that there’s always an opportunity to talk things through with someone who can listen and help make a difference.
We talk you through our induction process and training at Rose Care.
