On Monday 9th December, Rose Care was delighted to host our annual Client Christmas Party at the Walton Hall, Walton, Felixstowe, bringing together clients, carers, and special guests for a truly festive and memorable day.
The event was carefully planned to ensure everyone could attend comfortably and safely. Transport was kindly supported by the FACTS Bus, with our dedicated carers on hand to assist throughout the journey. Their help ensured that all clients arrived relaxed and ready to enjoy the celebrations.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was a wonderful performance by St Felix children, who joined us to sing a selection of Christmas carols. Their cheerful voices filled the room with festive spirit and brought smiles to everyone’s faces. It was a heart-warming moment that captured the true meaning of Christmas - community, togetherness, and joy.
The Rose Care team worked hard behind the scenes to prepare a delicious spread of festive food, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The room buzzed with conversation as clients shared food, laughter, and stories, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
Adding an extra special touch to the day, JP, one of our clients, organised a small raffle. The prizes were particularly meaningful, as they included tea towels featuring artwork created by JP himself. This personal contribution was greatly appreciated and made the raffle a lovely and memorable part of the celebration.
With music playing, plenty of laughter, and a room full of festive cheer, the afternoon was filled with fun and happy moments. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, celebrate the season, and reflect on another year of shared experiences and friendships.
At Rose Care, events like this are incredibly important to us. They allow our clients to socialise, feel valued, and enjoy special moments in a supportive and caring environment. We would like to thank everyone who helped make the day such a success - from our carers and volunteers to the performers and clients themselves.
It was truly a Christmas party to remember, and we look forward to creating many more happy memories together in the year ahead.
