A lovely day out at Dobbies Garden Centre

On Monday 3rd November 2025, the Rose Care Club took a group of our clients on a outing to Dobbies Garden Centre in Woodbridge. These trips are always a highlight for everyone involved, offering the chance to enjoy time together, explore new places, and create warm, happy memories.

We began our visit with a delicious hot lunch in the café. There was something for everyone on the menu - from jacket potatoes to traditional fish and chips, plus a selection of freshly made toasties. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful as everyone chatted, shared stories, and enjoyed their meals.

After lunch, we took our time wandering through the garden centre. With Christmas just around the corner, the displays were filled with sparkling decorations, festive lights, ornaments, and seasonal gifts. Clients enjoyed looking at the beautiful arrangements, sharing memories and pointing out decorations they particularly liked. 

Many clients also enjoyed a bit of shopping, picking up early Christmas presents, ornaments for their homes, or small treats for themselves. 

It was a lovely day full of laughter, and seasonal cheer. These trips are an important part of the support we offer at Rose Care, giving our clients the chance to engage with the community, enjoy new experiences, and spend time together in a relaxed and friendly setting.
